About Beth Coccia
“My favorite part of the real estate process is seeing the look on a buyer’s face when they realize the house they just saw is more than a house…it’s ‘home.’”
My career in real estate started as a temp job. The Realtor my parents had recently used to buy their house, needed someone to answer the phones for a week, while her secretary was on vacation. It was 1999, I was in college, and had some office and customer service experience, so I offered to fill in. After the week was up, the Realtor offered to hire me on full-time. I started off as her personal assistant and worked for that same Realtor for the next several years.
Now, over two decades later, I have extensive experience in the real estate industry, having held positions as personal assistant; marketing manager, BPO (Broker Price Opinion) manager, showing coordinator, and transaction coordinator.
In addition to my background in real estate, I also have a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Imaging/Graphic Design; skills that are used when I create flyers & ads for listings, or personal marketing materials for agents.
The most important job title I’ve ever held, however, is “mom.” I have two children, Kaydia and Bobby. Together, we’ve had many adventures: raising farm animals on the 2 ½ acre farm we owned, homeschooling, traveling, hiking, camping and enjoying Colorado to its fullest. I have passed my passion for real estate on to my kids – either of them will happily accompany me on a weekend house tour in the Denver Highlands neighborhood, and we love exploring houses with unique architecture together.
