2020 was a great year for me! Despite the Covid-19 Pandemic, and it’s overall effects on the economy, the Denver real estate market flourished.
Homelight.com awards this to Real estate agents when they sell their clients’ homes faster than the average days on market. It is granted to the top 5% of agents in the area based on average days on market for seller side transactions.
Five Star Professional identifies real estate, mortgage and insurance professionals in the Denver area who deliver outstanding service and client satisfaction. The Five Star Profession research team contacted thousands of recent home-buyers, as well as other consumers. Clients may also submit evaluation online. Phone and online respondents rated their service professional on criteria such as overall satisfaction and whether they would recommend the provider to a friend. The research methodology allows no more than 7 percent of professionals in each category to receive the award.
I earned my MCNE (Master Certified Negotiation Expert) designation in 2015, and continue to take updated negotiation classes to help my clients get the best deal possible when buying or selling their property.
